We are proud of working on made-in-Lithuania products and are looking for a Technical support engineer to contribute to successful growth of Teltonika Networks.


All communication with customers is conducted via our Ticketing system. A typical working day for the first year will consist of the following:

  • advising our customers in all matters regarding Teltonika Networks production, ranging from most basic information inquiries to technical in-depth assistance;
  • resolving our customers technical issues, either on your own, or with the help from developers, related to Teltonika Networks production, be it configuration, firmware/software or other issues;
  • preparing documentation for internal and external use (e.g. Teltonika Wiki);


We hope you are a responsible, communicative and analytical person. The candidate will be able to work successfully if the following requirements are met:

  • higher or equivalent technical / engineering education (may be a final year student);
  • good English language skills (advanced user level), knowledge of other languages ​​is an advantage;
  • good communication skills and etiquette both in speaking and writing;
  • ability and willingness to help others;
  • capability of working in a fast-paced environment;
  • basics in Computer Networking;
  • ability to form technical documentation;
  • prior experience in Customer Service is an advantage.

Base (tariff) salary ranges from 7 Eur / hour. up to 10 Eur / hour. (~ 1050 Eur – 1580 Eur) before taxes, depending on experience and competence.

*In an employment agreement we specify and define fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
