Q: Can you define multiple networks to connect VPN devices together, or must it be a single network?
A: Yes, you can. RMS VPN is designed to let you easily set up VPN connections to your whole infrastructure. This means you can remotely, simply, and securely reach multiple endpoints at the same time without trouble.
Q: Do RMS promotions apply to TIER 2 customers?
A: Yes, all promotios does apply to 2nd and 3rd TIER RMS Companies. Please contact us regarding promotions and Teltonika Networks professionals will gladly help answering all the questions.
Q: How does the privately-hosted version work? Do we buy a license and then add as many devices as we like?
A: Yes, that is correct. To be more specific, the RMS Offline package you purpose is what determines the maximum number of devices you can add, with having no maximum at all being one of the options. Q: If I have a switch connected to a RUT240, can I access the computers connected to that switche?
Q: Can you send an SMS reset command to a group of (or all) routers via RMS?
A: Yes, you can do so with RMS Management.
Q: I'm trying to add an RUT device to RMS, but it tells me the device is already added. It is not on my acccount, so how can I remove it from whatever account it's on and re-add it to mine?
A: Please forward your problem to our Crowd Support Forum.
Q: Could I get a copy of this PowerPoint presentation emailed to me?
A: No, but you can the recording of the webinar on our YouTube channel.
Q: Can I use a master config file on RMS?
A: Yes, you can download a master configuration file from one device and then upload it to other ones.

Q: Where can I get support for RMS and Teltonika Networks devices?
A: Direct support is provided for all customers who purchase devices directly from Teltonika Networks. Customers who purchase our devices via a third party should receive support from that party. For those who didn’t purchase devices from us directly but would like to receive support, we also have our Crowd Support Forum.
Q: Can I activate and deactivate RMS at will?
A: Yes, you can.
