Questions & Answers

Hi team, are these switches Autosense or configured of POE /POE+? Can we plug a device of 48V and 24V in same switch to mange the POE Power?

48V end device can be connected, If this end device is powered with 44-57V and if this end device is compatable with PoE standart. 24V end device will not work as it doesn’t match active PoE standart, there will be no "hand shake".

Is there a release date for these switches yet? Or are they currently available?

Yes, switches are already available.

So how is it different with the current TSW series?

The main TSF010 diffences compared to TSW series switches are: 3 pin Terminal screw box for powering ( + - grounding) and Flat form factor.

Is the TSF similar to what TSW series model?

It is similar to TSW010 with just few difference (form factor, powering range 7-57 VDC, 3 pin connector)
