There are millions of devices across the globe which uses cellular telecommunication method. Because of this fact, there is a high chance that some of cellular communication frequencies will interfere with each other, meaning that, the quality will decrease and most of those devices will work not correctly. To avoid this, many different countries started certifying those products to make sure than they do not interfere with each other. This is what Indonesia have made many years ago. This certification is called – Postel.
Indonesia is one of the leading South-east Asia market.
It ranks as the 4th country in the world with more than 260 million people living there. This gives them a huge potential to speed up digitalization and urbanization in their country, besides that it attracts new foreign investments and strengthen their economy. Due to the fact that Indonesia market in one of the most important in Asia, Teltonika Networks NETWORKS initiated the certification process of its 2 bestselling products, RUT240 and RUT955. We can proudly say that on the 6th of January, 2020 these products were approved by SDPPI - Direktur Jenderal Sumber Daya dan Perangkat Pos dan Informatika and granted a certificate called – Postel. The certificate of approval is required for LTE and Telecommunication equipment to be sold or imported into Indonesian market, Under National Telecommunication Act No. 36 year 1999. This means that from now on RUT240 and RUT955 can be easily imported and sold to Indonesian clients. Great news, isn’t it?
