SUPPLY CONTRACT MANAGER ASSISTANT

We are proud of working on made-in-Lithuania products and are looking for a Supply contract manager assistant to contribute to successful growth of Teltonika Networks.

THE MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Your working day will consist of the following functions:

• Executing the internal (local) purchases, purchasing of components, organizing of samples, receipting of commercial conditions;
• Tracking of goods balances and supervision of orders;
• Calculating the products’ costs, preparing the necessary reports and gathering of necessary information;
• Participating in negotiations with the negotiation manager and assisting for their preparation;
• Collaborating with colleagues from other departments and suppliers to achieve common results.

THE EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES YOU WILL NEED

• We hope you are a result-oriented, thorough and enterprising personality;
• Good communication skills;
• Good English knowledge;
• Good working MS Excel skills,
• Good analytical and planning skills.

We will consider as an advantage:

• Higher university / non-university education in the field of technical / managerial field;
• Russian language;
• Knowledge of the technical field, knowledge of the electronics market.

SALARY

Fixed (tariff) salary ranges from 8EUR/h up to 12Eur/h (~1328 Eur ~ 1992 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise with the option to get bonuses. *
