EOL Announcement for the TCR100

Teltonika’s TCR100 is entering its product EOL stage. In this article, we overview what this means, what the EOL timeline is, and how you can contact us for additional information.

This product EOL announcement signifies that the TCR100 have entered the final phase of the Teltonika product life cycle. There is still enough time for you to make orders for this product and plenty more time to receive support for this product. This decision was made with supply chain reliability in mind.

Below you can find the EOL timeline, indicating the dates on which each of the five EOL stages begins and their definition:

EOL announcement – 07.10.2024

Official EOL announcement date.

End of ordering – 31.12.2024

After this date, we will not be accepting orders for this product.

End of production – 31.03.2025

After this date, we will not be manufacturing this product.

End of Support (Phase 1) – 31.03.2027

For a period of 24 months starting with the End of Production date, we will continue to provide security and bug fixes.

End of Support (Phase 2) – 31.03.2030

For a period of 36 months after the End of Support (Phase 1) date, we will continue to provide critical security fixes and make our best efforts to provide customer support for these products.
