Is there a list of RMS VPN-compatible 3rd Party Devices?
RMS VPN works with any 3rd party device which supports OpenVPN and has an integrated OpenVPN client.
What about licensing VPN HUB and Quick Connect compares?
Quick Connect and RMS VPN use data to license service. The user has to pay for services when using it.
Is there are plans for the Linux version of the RMS VPN client?
Currently, there are no plans for the Linux RMS VPN client application. However, users can use RMS VPN with any other compatible OpenVPN client software.
I have logged in to RMS, but 3rd party devices are not showing. How do I get my devices on my RMS portal?
Direct accessing of 3rd party devices is supported only with RMS Connect. To list your devices, you must add them manually to your RMS Connect -> Remote access list. For instructions on how to add a new connection, check our wiki page.

What are the main differences between the standard RMS and the RMS VPN?
RMS VPN is a part of the Teltonika Networks RMS. It allows users to easily and quickly establish access to or between remote networks.
Can I purchase only RMS VPN?
Yes, RMS VPN can work as a standalone service. Just remember without RMS Management, some functionality, like automatic client configuration for Teltonika Networks devices, will be missing.
I have RUTX11 with active free 30 days trial. Can I pause it?
If RMS Management free 30 days trial is active is not possible to pause it.
Do you require only one license for all devices or a license per device?
RMS Connect and RMS VPN licensing depends on the user-selected approach. If flexibility is the priority, select credits for data. This data is shared with all devices in the RMS account. If long-term or high data usage is a priority, then the Data package is a better option. It assigns to the specific Teltonika Networks device.
