Q: Is it possible at the same time set several port forwarding rules using RMS Task Manager?

A: Yes, it is possible to configure RMS task manager in the way, so it could set several port forwarding rules at the same time or if looking from other perspective, just run port forwarding task group several times and use variable to enter different port numbers. If you need help, contact us in our community forum.

Q: Can the tasks in the task group be re-ordered?

A: Currently configured tasks in the task group cannot be moved arround.

Q: After creating a task, can I execute it via an API? Or is there another way to use API to automate tasks?

A: Yes, it is possible to execute task group via API using this endpoint: https://developers.rms.teltonika-networks.com/pages/api.html#/device%20task%20groups/deviceTaskGroupExecute

Q: How can we communicate with 3rd party devices? What is the communication protocol (MQTT or something different)?

A: RMS Task manager currently works only with Teltonika Networks routers and gateways

Q: Is it possible to configure and execute task groups with API?

A: Yes, it is possible manage task groups using only RMS API: https://developers.rms.teltonika-networks.com/pages/api.html#/device%20task%20groups

Q: Can we contact Teltonika support team for help finding the correct CLI commands?

A: Teltonika Networks support team always responds and helps if our clients struggle to implement functionality or locating information

Q: Is it correct that every router can still have a unique password?

A: Yes, every router can have unique password and if required they can be managed using "Password management" tool

Q: Is there a link where more information about custom Teltonika Networks terminal commands is given?

A: Currently, we do not have page where user can learn about custom Teltonika Networks terminal commands.
